Every Petikk order ships free, worldwide, with tracking provided once your piece is on its way.
Processing time
Each piece is made to order. Hand-painting, proof approval, and crafting take a few days before dispatch. We will keep you updated by email and WhatsApp.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.
Returns
Because each piece is custom hand-painted for your pet, we cannot accept returns on personalised items. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
