How long does it take?
Hand-painting and proofing usually take a few days. Once approved, crafting and shipping follow. You can track progress with us anytime on WhatsApp.
What photo should I send?
A bright, clear, front-facing photo of your pet works best. Higher resolution means more detail in the painting.
What are the pieces made of?
Hand-painted enamel set in gold and silver finishes, available as pendants, rings, and openable lockets.
Can I order a memorial piece?
